Welcome to Core Nutrition! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.corenutritionflorida.com (the “Website”) and your access to certain services, programs, and educational resources offered by Core Nutrition, LLC (“Core Nutrition,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using this Website, purchasing a product, or registering for a program or service, you agree to these Terms, to the extent applicable. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.
We encourage you to review these Terms carefully.
1. About Core Nutrition
Core Nutrition, LLC is a Florida-based, private-pay nutrition counseling and education practice operated by Cici McGuane, MS, CNS®, LDN, CPT.
We provide evidence-based nutrition counseling, personalized nutrition education, wellness resources, and programs designed to help individuals develop sustainable habits that support their health and well-being.
Our services may include:
- Individual nutrition consultations and follow-up sessions
- Multi-session nutrition counseling packages
- Virtual nutrition education and lifestyle coaching

3. Nutrition Counseling & Telehealth Services
Core Nutrition provides virtual nutrition counseling and education through secure third-party platforms.
Individualized services are offered only in locations where they are permitted under applicable laws and professional licensing requirements.
The laws governing nutrition counseling, medical nutrition therapy, and telehealth vary by state. Eligibility for services depends in part on the state where the client is physically located at the time of the appointment.
Clients may be asked to verify their location before receiving services.
Core Nutrition reserves the right to decline, reschedule, refer, or discontinue services when necessary to comply with applicable regulations, professional standards, or scope-of-practice requirements.
All clients receiving individualized services must complete the applicable intake forms, informed consent documents, and client agreements before services begin.
The terms of those client agreements govern the professional services provided and take precedence over these general Website Terms in the event of a conflict.
4. Appointments, Scheduling & Payments
Appointments are scheduled through Practice Better, our third-party practice management platform.
Core Nutrition operates as a private-pay practice and does not bill health insurance directly.
Fees for consultations, follow-up appointments, packages, and other services are disclosed before booking or purchase.
By scheduling a paid service, you agree to the applicable fees and payment terms presented during the booking or enrollment process.
Any additional services, testing, products, or resources that require separate payment will be identified before purchase.
Eligibility for reimbursement through health savings accounts (HSA), flexible spending accounts (FSA), or insurance plans depends on the applicable plan and service. Core Nutrition does not guarantee reimbursement.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policies
We understand that schedules change and encourage clients to communicate any scheduling concerns as early as possible.
Appointments require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellation, rescheduling, missed-appointment, and refund policies for individual nutrition services are disclosed during booking and in the applicable client agreement.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to those policies before purchasing services.
Package purchases, payment plans, and digital products may be subject to different cancellation and refund terms, which will be disclosed in their applicable purchase or enrollment agreements.
Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights or other protections that cannot legally be waived.
6. Multi-Session Programs & Nutrition Packages
Core Nutrition may offer structured nutrition counseling packages, including the Core Nutrition Signature Plan.
The Signature Plan includes one initial Core Foundations Consultation and six Core Progress Sessions, for seven appointments in total.
The program is designed to take place over approximately three months. Included appointments must be used within six months of purchase unless an extension is required because of Core Nutrition's availability or otherwise provided under the applicable program agreement.
Pricing, payment schedules, session availability, expiration provisions, and cancellation terms are disclosed before enrollment.
Where installment payments are available, the applicable agreement will specify the payment schedule and any remaining financial obligations.
A fixed-term installment payment arrangement does not automatically constitute an ongoing subscription. Any automatic renewal arrangement, if offered, will be separately disclosed and require the applicable authorization.
Unused services, cancellations, and any applicable refunds will be handled according to the client agreement and applicable law.
7. Digital Products, Courses & Educational Programs
Core Nutrition may offer downloadable educational materials, virtual workshops, self-guided courses, and structured programs, including the Core Reset program.
These programs are intended to provide general nutrition and lifestyle education, practical strategies, and tools for building sustainable wellness habits.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital programs do not include individualized nutrition counseling, medical nutrition therapy, or direct access to a practitioner.
Program descriptions will identify the materials, features, access schedule, and any support included with a purchase.
Certain programs may release content according to a scheduled timeline rather than providing immediate access to all materials.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that:
- Programs are educational and are not substitutes for individualized healthcare.
- Participation does not guarantee any particular health, weight, fitness, or other outcome.
- You are responsible for determining whether the activities and information are appropriate for your circumstances, with professional guidance when needed.
- Access may require a compatible device, internet connection, and third-party account.
- Program materials are intended for your individual use and may not be shared, copied, redistributed, or resold without written authorization.
Digital product pricing, access duration, refund eligibility, registration deadlines, and any cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase.
Core Nutrition may make reasonable updates to program content to maintain accuracy or improve the educational experience. Material changes to a purchased program will be addressed consistently with the terms presented at enrollment and applicable consumer protections.
8. Recurring Payments & Subscriptions
Certain products or services may be offered through installment payments or recurring billing arrangements.
Before enrolling in any recurring payment arrangement, customers will be informed of the amount charged, billing frequency, duration, any automatic renewal terms, and applicable cancellation procedures.
Where an arrangement renews automatically, Core Nutrition will obtain any required authorization and provide cancellation options and notices consistent with applicable law.
Payment arrangements are governed by the specific terms accepted at purchase.
9. Individual Results & No Guarantees
Core Nutrition is committed to providing evidence-based information, professional guidance, and practical recommendations.
However, individual outcomes vary based on numerous factors, including health history, consistency, medical circumstances, lifestyle, and personal goals.
We do not guarantee any specific weight change, laboratory result, symptom improvement, fitness outcome, or other health-related result.
Testimonials, client experiences, and examples shared on the Website reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees of similar outcomes.
